I rate the Appenzell Inn very, very highly. We were there a few weeks ago. The place has a Swiss air about it, has an indoor pool, and the grounds are pretty and very nicely kept. There are places to sit by their garden pools and little waterfalls. It was very quiet. The room was very clean and the housemaid willing to supply extra pillows or anything else you might want. You can have breakfast there. The 3-egg omelet with 4 cheeses was superb and quite large. They have microwaves and little fridges in the rooms, plus a coffee maker in the room and they supply the coffee. If you like grilling, they have many gas grills set by picnic tables—you can grill your own steak. This is where we will stay again in Estes Park again next time.
